The NEPS conference series of the Leibniz Institute for Educational Trajectories (LIfBi) brings together scientists from different disciplines and from different stages of their academic careers to discuss current projects in educational research. The National Educational Panel Study (NEPS) sets the thematic framework with its six panel cohorts covering the entire life span and with its focuses on competence development, educational processes in different learning environments, educational decisions and social inequality, acquisition of education, returns to education, as well as motivational and personality-related aspects.
