Dr. Rossmann visited the Wilhelmspost in Bamberg accompanied by Andreas Schwarz, SPD Member of the German Parliament for the regions of Bamberg, Forchheim, and Coburg, and by Wolfgang Metzner, Third Mayor of the City of Bamberg. Since becoming spokesperson of the working group “Education and Research” of the SPD Parliamentary Group in 2009, Rossmann has been monitoring with great interest the development of the NEPS for over half a decade. On-site, it was possible to discuss mainly political questions that cannot simply be answered by studying the publications about the LIfBi. The discussion focused on the depth and capacity as well as the exemplary character of the chosen design approach for other researchers from all over the world, but also its limitations.
