MdB Schwarz given information about LIfBi and NEPS

7/22/2014
On July 22, 2014, Member of the German Bundestag (MdB) Andreas Schwarz from Strullendorf near Bamberg came to visit the Leibniz Institute for Educational Trajectories (LIfBi) at the University of Bamberg in order to gather information about the work of LIfBi and NEPS.

Since 2013, Schwarz has represented the constituency of Bamberg in the German Bundestag as one of two delegates and is a member of the financial committee. Schwarz stated his reason for wanting to learn more about the “unique project here in Bamberg” by saying: “Although education policy is not the key focus of my work as an MdB, the importance of education for Germany is pivotal: It is the only resource we have got here!”
