Workshop with Tenko Raykov at the NEPS

Tenko Raykov, Ph.D., Michigan State University, visited NEPS on September 26th and 27th.

Within the framework of a two days workshop, he gave an introduction to “Multilevel Analysis”. Beside a general introduction and the presentation of basic models, models with random and fixed effects have been presented in particular as well as their usage in modeling with discrete or binary dependent variables. Furthermore, the usage of multilevel modes with longitudinal data was discussed. All workshop topics had been supplemented by analyze examples with concrete data sets.
