NEPS User Trainings

The Research Data Center (RDC) conducts two-day training courses several times a year at its Bamberg location. Participation is free of charge; the maximum number of participants is 20. Timely registration is required. Please fill out the form and send it signed as a scan by e-mail to

You will find an overview of dates and focus topics below. The first day is reserved for a general introduction into the NEPS data and documentation services and the registration for RemoteNEPS. The second day serves to gain a deeper insight into a certain topic. The two days can be booked separately, only first-time participants are obliged to attend the first day at least. Special knowledge in handling of NEPS data or certain statistical software packages is not necessary. If non-German speakers are present, the course will be held in English.
