What is the NEPS?

How can the NEPS-data be used for research purposes?

NEPS stands for National Educational Panel Study. The project analyzes educational processes in Germany from early childhood to late adulthood.   Preparing the data from the six panel studies and two further additional studies as well as providing a holistic documentation of these to the scientific community is one of the most important tasks that the Research Data Center has. Their service also includes conducting regular user workshops, publishing a semiannual newsletter and offering convenient information towards using the NEPS-data.
