Abstracts are invited for both paper and poster presentations. Submissions are possible online via the conference and event management system ConfTool. The abstract should include a brief description of the research question, the theory and methods used and the main finding(s). All proposals pass through a review process by acknowledged scientists from the NEPS network. If you are intending to arrange a symposium, please contact the local organizing team in advance.

Guidelines

  • The abstract must be written in English.

  • The maximum length is 500 words plus the title of the contribution and up to five keywords.

  • Full names, e-mail addresses, and institutional affiliations of all authors are included.

  • Please indicate the preferred form of presentation, paper (25 min) or poster (format A0).

  • Submit your proposal via ConfTool.

Important dates

  • Abstract submission via ConfTool opens: 15 May 2019

  • Deadline for abstract submission ends: 15 July 2019

  • Registration via ConfTool opens: 31 July 2019

  • Notification of acceptance is given on: 15 August 2019

  • Final conference program is published: 1 September 2019
